2 cups water
1/2 tsp tumeric
1/2 tsp ground ginger
2 cardamom seeds
4 tbsp milk
Maple syrup
Add water, tumeric, ginger and cardamom to small pot, bring to boil. Reduce heat and summer for 5 minutes. Add milk. maple syrup to taste. Makes enough for 2. Or one really thirsty person.

Summer Lemonade Craving
Okay I am terrible in the summer, I LOVE my countrytime lemonade mix... BUUUUT, in an effort to avoid food colorings and such I am trying to figure out how to replicate the taste and convenience of the mix with something a bit healthier...
